(“IANTE “), a mercantile company with a registered address at 57th Serrano St., 2nd floor, in Madrid 28006 (Spain), constituted for an indefinite time by virtue of a public deed and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid in Volume 36179, Folio 161, Page M-650168, C.I.F. number A87870929.

Any difference that may arise with regards to the interpretation, compliance and/or execution of these rules will be expressly submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Judges and Courts of Madrid Capital, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
